Shopp.City will build shopping center in Włocławek

Shopp.City, associated with Common Investment, is planning construction of a retail park in the area of Wojskowa Street in Włocławek (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province). Bulak Projekt is responsible for designing the complex of buildings with a total area of over 14,000 sqm. KKBud is the project manager. The investment is to be carried out on collaboration with Selgros, grocery stores operator. The complex will also include a parking lot for 650 vehicles. ■
