Shopping center is going to be built in Ostrów Maz.

Europlan, in collaboration with Innebo, will build shopping center in Ostrów Mazowiecka. At the end of last year, a subsidiary of Europlan obtained a construction permit for a shopping-service center on Lubiejewska Street in Ostrów Mazowiecka. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with a cubature of over 22,500 meters³, based on existing production buildings. Design works have been carried out in collaboration with architect Tomasz Bal (Innebo). Let us recall that in March 2017, we reported that Europlan was conducting preparations for opening the Melia retail park with a total lease area of approx. 3,200 sqm on Lubiejewska Street in Ostrów Mazowiecka. ■
