Six companies compete for contract for construction of PT facility

Tarchomińskie Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polfa has received 6 offers for the general contracting of R&D Laboratories and sterile forms production department at 2 Fleminga Street in Warsaw-Białołęka. The candidates for the contract are: Budimex, Exyte Central Europe, Finetech Construction, Karmar, Korporacja Budowlana Doraco, and Unibep. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a 3-story building with a usable area of approx. 12,000 sqm and a cubature of 80,700 meters³. The order is to be carried out by April 30, 2023. Let us recall that in PREM 1012, we reported that the Council of Ministers had made a decision concerning capitalization of the extension of the complex in Tarchomin in the amount of 200 million PLN. ■
