Skanska is commencing construction of the first stage (25,000 sqm) of "Nowy Rynek" office-service complex in Poznan

Skanska group has commenced as developer and general contractor construction of the 1st stage of the "Nowy Rynek" office-service complex in the area of Matyi, Wierzbięcice and Przemysłowa streets in Poznań. This part of the investment, designed by Maćków on the basis of a town planning concept prepared by JEMS Architekci, will entail the construction of a 6-story building with a lease area of 25,000 sqm by the spring of 2019. The whole complex, to be carried out on a 3.8-ha property of the former bus station, will consist of 5 buildings with a total lease area of over 100,000 sqm.
