Skanska wants to build teaching facility for SGGW

Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) announced that Skanska has offered the lowest price (73.7 million PLN gross) in a tender procedure, with the budget established at 91.3 million PLN, concerning the general contracting of the Innovative Center for Nutritional Sciences on Jana Rodowicza Anody Avenue in Warsaw. The building with a usable area of approx. 16,500 sqm is to be put to use within a period of 22 months. BBC Best Building Consultants is responsible for designing the investment.
The other bidders in the procedure were: Kartel (77.9 million PLN), Mostostal Warszawa (79.9 million PLN), Doraco (81.2 million PLN), PRK Nieruchomości (83.1 million PLN), Unibep (87.9 million PLN), Strabag (88.3 million PLN), Budimex (94.5 million PLN), Hochtief (95.5 million PLN), Mirbud (96.3 million PLN), Tasbud (99.8 million PLN), Erbud (103.9 million PLN), Prochem (105.3 million PLN), PBO Śląsk (107.5 million PLN) Fine Tech Construction (111.9 million PLN), and Totalbud (119.8 million PLN). ■
