Skanska will carry out 1st stage (20,000 sqm) of office complex in Kraków

Skanska has commenced construction works on the "Nowy Format" office complex on 3 Pokoju Avenue in Kraków. The enterprise, the construction of which is being prepared by Melar Development, a subsidiary of Skanska, is going to entail the construction, in three stages, of buildings with a total area of 51,000 sqm, including building A with an area of 20,000 sqm in the first stage. As we have suggested, the design has been developed by Biuro Architektoniczne Artur Jasiński i Wspólnicy. ■
