SM Idol is going to build "Coco Springs"

Spółka Mieszkaniowa Idol (SM Idol) is conducting preparations for the construction of the "Coco Springs" multi-family residential complex in the area of Goszczyńskiego and Żołnierska streets in Kraków. The investment is going to entail the construction of two 6-story buildings with a total of 117 flats with usable area of over 5,000 sqm. 144 parking spaces are also planned. The enterprise, designed by Archipracownia, is to be put to use by the end of next year. The general contractor is currently being chosen. As we have reported in PREM, the nearby "Lemon House" complex was carried out for SM Idol by Erbet. ■
