Smart Park is planning shopping center with GLA of 11,000 sqm in Namysłów in collaboration with RG Leasing

Construction of a shopping-service center, which Smart Park Poland is preparing in Namysłów (Opolskie Province), in the vicinity of the planned city bypass, should begin in 2024. The enterprise, to be finalized by 2025, is going to entail the construction of a complex with a lease area of 11,000 sqm. The investment's partner is RG Leasing. ■
