YIT plans construction, according to design by KAPS, Smartti co-living complex with 935 apartments on 0,9 hectare in Warsaw

Finnish developer YIT has purchased a property with an area of over 9,100 sqm at the intersection of Postępu and Domaniewska streets in Warsaw-Mokotów for the construction of a residential complex with service premises. The first stage is going to entail the construction of a building with 334 units with a total usable area of 6,200 sqm and 1,500 sqm of common areas and commercial and administrative premises, located on a lot with an area of 3,700 sqm at 22 Postępu Street. The works are scheduled to begin in the 4th quarter of next year.
The second stage, planned on over 5,400 sqm of land at 46 Domaniewska Street, will entail the construction of 601 flats (nearly 11,900 sqm) and nearly 3,900 sqm of space with functions similar to the first building. The design of the complex, named Smartti, has been prepared by KAPS Architekci Korneluk Parysek Słowik. ■
