SMG plans the "District Park Chorzów"

SMG Śląsk has developed a land development plan for an area exceeding 17 hectares in Chorzów, near Legnicka Street, Metalowców Street, the Średnicowa Route, and the A4 motorway. The project, undertaken on the site of the former Huta Kościuszko steelworks, involves the construction of a multifunctional complex named "District Park Chorzów" with a target area of 120,000 m². The investment will include three office buildings, warehouse, production, and service halls (approximately 60,000 m²), as well as residential and recreational spaces. The project is being implemented in collaboration with, among others, Studiococa Przemysław Brymerski.
