Softsystem is seeking contractor of a laboratory-office complex with usable area of 4,700 sqm in Rzeszów

Until July 4, Softsystem will be collecting bids with a deposit of 500,000 PLN concerning construction of the ICT Medical Technologies Research and Development Center at 6A Leszka Czarnego Street in Rzeszów. The enterprise will entail the construction of a building with a usable area of 4,700 sqm and a cubature of 40,700 meters³. The investor is asking for the order, based on documentation prepared by Pracownia Projektowa Architektoniczno-Budowlana Orlewski, to be carried out by the end of next year. The total value of the project has been estimated at 32.2 million PLN, including 10.5 million PLN from a EU subsidy. ■
