Solid will modernize Opole University of Technology

The consortium of Solid Constructions/PSM Metallbau-Jaszkowic, with the price of 100 million PLN gross, has won a tender procedure, concerning thermal modernization and extension of the "Lipsk"-type building on 31 Sosnkowskiego Street, owned by the Opole University of Technology (PO). The works in the building with usable area of 6,400 sqm and a cubature of 29,000 meters3 are going to take 36 months. The other bidders in the procedure, conducted by the university authorities, were: Polbau (91.1 million PLN), Adamietz (97.3 million PLN), Baudziedzic (99.6 million PLN), Mostostal Zabrze (115 million PLN), and Baumar (121.3 million PLN). ■
