Soltex is going to build apart-hotel with cubature of over 64,000 meters³ near Ustronie Morskie

Soltex Group, owner of e.g. Everest Development, is planning another apart-hotel investment in the area of Ustronie Morskie (Zachodniopomorskie Province). A building with a cubature of approx. 64,300 meters³ is going to be erected on a lot with an area of 1.4 hectares, located at the intersection of Górna and Targowa streets in Sianożęty. The procedure of issuing a construction permit for the enterprise, designed by Pracownia Architektury Tues from Szczecin, is currently in progress. ■
