Sowińskiego 72 is going to build multi-family complex

Sowińskiego 72, company from Polpager group, associated with Rezydent, is conducting works on the construction of a multi-family residential complex on 7 Emilii Plater Street in Szczecin. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a cascade-type building with the height of 6-11 stories, comprising 424 flats with usable area of 27-95 sqm each. The investment, designed by Mellon Architekci, is to be put to use in the 2nd quarter of 2023. ■
