City Architekci designed for White Stone a residential building with 250 flats in Szczecin

White Stone Development is preparing construction of a multi-family building at 78 Sowińskiego Street in Szczecin. The investor is planning to demolish the buildings currently taking up the lot and to erect a 7-story building with 250 flats sized 27-60 sqm each, based on a design prepared by City Architekci. The underground section will be taken up by a parking garage, and the ground floor by a complex of service premises. The investment should be finalized in mid-2021. ■
