Spacefactory is building office-warehouse complex

Spacefactory is conducting works on the construction of an office-warehouse complex on Mineralna Street in Warsaw for Hillwood Investment Properties. Let us recall that the enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with an area of over 13,600 sqm, including 8,000 sqm to be taken up by an A-class office building, and 5,700 sqm by an office-warehouse building. Both are being carried out in a build-to-suit (BTS) system. We have reported in PREM that Hillwood was applying for permits for the development of properties with an area of approx. 4.5 ha, located on Mineralna Street in Warsaw-Włochy. They are to be used for the construction of a complex of warehouse-service buildings with a development area of approx. 38,000 sqm.
