SPEC BAU Polska to build Tarnów retail park

SPEC BAU Polska has secured a general construction contract from Redkom Development for a retail park on Lwowska Street in Tarnów. The complex will offer nearly 35,000 m² of leasable space, including an Agata Meble store, and around 30 retail and service units. The design documentation was prepared by BM Architekci, led by Marcin Mańkowski. Tenants will include Lidl, Jula, CCC, Worldbox, Shock Price, Rossmann, Martes Sport, Pepco, Ochnik, Sinsay, Media Expert, RTV Euro AGD, TEDi, Dr Materac and Xtreme Fitness Gyms. A five-screen Cinema City multiplex will also be developed. Signed agreements and negotiated lease terms cover approximately 90% of the retail space. The complex is scheduled to open in 2027. On behalf of Redkom Development, the project is overseen by CEO Łukasz Komierowski and project director Michał Szwedzicki, while leasing is handled by Elżbieta Kutrasińska, Piotr Żegarski, Sebastian Paciorek and Aleksander Kowalski. Redkom Development is simultaneously developing four retail parks in Tarnów, Lublin, Otwock and Białystok, offering a combined area of nearly 90,000 m².
