Spec Bau will complete the construction of the shopping center in 2025

Master Management Group (MMG) has commissioned Spec Bau Polska to carry out the development of the "Brama Jury" shopping center in Zawiercie (Silesian Voivodeship) on Wojska Polskiego Street. The investment will include a building with a rental area of 14,500 m², accommodating 40 stores, a Planet Cinema with 4 screens and 500 seats, a food court, and parking for 550 cars. The complex, designed by the Łódź-based firm APA Via, is scheduled to be ready next year.
