Spec Bau will extend Excellent production complex in Podłęże by 7,000 sqm.

Spec-Bau Polska has been chosen as the general contractor for extension of the Excellent production plant in Podłęże (Małopolskie Province). The enterprise will entail the construction of a new section with an area of 7,000 sqm. Let us recall that last year in October, we reported that Excellent was conducting preparations for the construction of buildings with a total cubature of 244,000 meters³ in Podłęże. The architectural partners included Ingarden & Ewy Architekci. In December 2016, we also reported that Excellent had entrusted Spec-Bau with the contracting of a production plant with an area of 11,000 sqm in Podłęże. The design was also developed by Ingarden & Ewy Architekci. ■
