Spectra Development is preparing construction of residential complex for approx. 3,700 residents in Warsaw in collaboration with BBGK.

Spectra Development is conducting preparations for the development of a property with an area of 8.4 ha on 122/124 Radzymińska Street in Warsaw. The concept of the enterprise has been developed by BBGK Architekci. It concerns construction of a complex of multi-family buildings for approx. 3,700 residents and other facilities, including a primary school and a service-shopping section. Let us recall that in May 2017, we reported that a subsidiary of Spectra Development purchased perpetual usufruct rights to a former oleo chemical plant property in Warsaw from ZTK Property Management. ■
