Spectrum Dev. is building 130 apartments in Łukęcin

Miastoprojekt Wrocław has been chosen as the contract engineer at the SeaShell Apartments complex, which Spectrum Development is building in Łukęcin (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The enterprise will entail repurposing the existing holiday center and creating 130 apartments with swimming pool facilities.The  construction works are being carried out in collaboration Rytter. Let us recall that last year in December, we reported that Spectrum Development was planning to build a hotel complex on 1.3 ha of land in Łukęcin according to design by IDS Architekci. ■
