SPS Construction is going to build complex with 135 flats in Warsaw for Aurec

SPS Construction is carrying out stage A1 of the "Fabrica Ursus" residential complex on Dyrekcyjna Street in Warsaw for Aurec Capital Development. The enterprise is going to entail putting to use a complex with 135 flats, with a total area of over 16,400 sqm. Let us recall that last year in June, we reported that Aurec Home was planning to build a residential complex with approx. 800 flats in the area of Dyrekcyjna and Silnikowa streets in Warsaw-Ursus, based on a design by PBPA. ■
