SPS builds shopping centers

PREM has learned that SPS Budownictwo is executing the construction of Vendo Park shopping center, which Trei Real Estate plans to build in Wrocław at Kiełczowska Street. This project, which we reported on in January last year, involves the creation of a complex with a built-up area exceeding 7,000 sqm, including a rental space of 5,000 sqm, and a parking lot for 238 vehicles. The tenant roster will include brands such as Aldi, Media Expert, Rossmann, and Pepco. The design process involved firms such as BM Architekci and Grupa RB. In Skarżysko-Kamienna, in the Świętokrzyskie voivodeship, Trei Real Estate has entrusted Daldehog Poland with the task of expanding the existing Vendo Park. In the area of Paryska and Krakowska streets, another facility with a rental space of 2,000 sqm is being developed, where permits were obtained by Kodiak, a company affiliated with Trei RE. The design services included contributions from Anna Walewska's Architectural Studio. The first stage of development on a 4.4-hectare site included the construction of a retail park (7,100 sqm) and a grocery discount store (1,200 sqm), with documentation prepared by Technika Projekt office, and general contracting also entrusted to Daldehog.
