SRM is planning hotel in Solec-Zdrój

At the end of last year, Silver Resorts Management obtained permission for the construction of a hotel-sanatorium complex near Leśna Street in Solec-Zdrój (Świętokrzyskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a hotel with a cubature of nearly 65,000 meters³ and, eventually, a complex with an area of 13,000 sqm (including large spa facilities and condo-type apartments). Konrad Rubaszkiewicz (KM Rubaszkiewicz) and Adam Walczak (AGK Architekci) are among the architects responsible for designing the complex. According to court registry, Silver Resorts Management's shareholder is Fundusz Stabilnego Rozwoju (FSR – Stable Development Fund). We have informed in PREM about the fund's preparations for the construction of Sun & Snow Resorts – Solina in Polańczyk-Zdrój at Lake Solina (Podkarpackie Province). The enterprise is to entail the construction of a complex with usable area of over 5,000 sqm, with 250 apartments, a marina, spa center, restaurant, gym, and a swimming pool complex. Documentation has been prepared by the Czora & Czora workshop, and Budimex has been hired as the contractor. ■
