Euro-Stahlservice is going to build hotel with 140 rooms in Wrocław for Toscom

Euro-Stahlservice has commenced construction of the "Studio Plac Dominikański" apart-hotel on 13A Krasińskiego Street in Wrocław, near the intersection with Traugutta Street. The enterprise is to entail redevelopment and extension of the existing office building. The 7-8-story building with a usable area of 3,800 sqm is going to have 138 apartments sized 16-48 sqm. The design of the investment has been prepared by Dziewoński Łukaszewicz Architekci. ■
