STB Koncept is going to build retail park in Węgorzewo

RWS investment Group has chosen STB Koncept as the general contractor of the retail park which is going to be built on Bema Street in Węgorzewo (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province). The enterprise is going to consist of the construction, by the third quarter of 2019, of a complex with a GLA of almost 3,500 sqm, with a parking lot for 109 vehicles. Lidl is going to be the main tenant. ■
