STB will build shopping center with area of 8,000 sqm in Ropczyce

STB Koncept has been chosen as the general contractor of a shopping-service center, which Genesis Property is going to build on Kolejowa Street in Ropczyce (Podkarpackie Province). Let us recall that the enterprise, to be carried out on a property with an area of 2.8 ha, is going to entail the construction of a complex with a lease area of 8,000 sqm. Architectural design of the investment has been developed by Rega Projekt.
Over the last few months, we reported that Genesis Property was conducting preparations for investments in locations including Poznańska Street in Skwierzyna (Lubuskie Province), Nowowiejska Street (GLA of 5,000 sqm) in Pińczów (Świętokrzyskie Province), Chełmska Street (5,000 sqm) in Łęczna (Lubelskie Province), and on Okrzei Street (approx. 5,800 sqm) in Brzeziny (Łódzkie Province). ■
