Stettiner Residence will carry out apartment building with total area of 11,500 sqm in Szczecin

Stettiner Residence has prepared construction of a multi-family building on Janosika Street in Szczecin. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with a total area of approx. 11,500 sqm, with 58 raised-standards flats. The architectural design has been developed by Aterlier 7, and the construction and working designs by PF-Projekt.
Let us recall that in September 2017, we reported that Meritum had entrusted Eurobud with the contracting of the "Stettiner Business Center" office building with a lease area of 4,000 sqm at 3 Kilińskiego Street in Szczecin, at the intersection with Janosika Street. ■
