Strabag is going to build Zwierzyniecka Residence

Strabag has acquired a contract from the Zwierzyniecka Residence purpose-oriented company concerning the general contracting of an apart-hotel complex at 19 Zwierzyniecka Street in Zakopane. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex of two guesthouse buildings with over 20 apartments with a cubature of nearly 7,000 meters³. The design has been developed by the local Amar workshop. Commercialization is being handled by Marshall Real Estate. According to court registry, Zwierzyniecka Residence is associated e.g. with Zakopiańska Grupa Deweloperska and Kiszela Development. ■
