Strabag RE will build Upper One

Strabag Real Estate has obtained a permit for the demolishing of the Atrium International building and construction of the Upper One complex on 23 Jana Pawła II Avenue. The enterprise, which we initially mentioned last year in August, is going to entail the construction of a complex with a total area of approx. 47,000 sqm, where 35,900 sqm will be taken up by an office building, and 11,000 sqm – by a hotel with approx. 300 rooms. Design of the investment has been developed by Medusa Group. Strabag is going to be the general contractor of the demolishing and construction works. The works will begin in the 1st quarter of 2023 and take until 2026. ■
