Strabag wants to build in Grodzisk Mazowiecki

Strabag has offered the lowest price – 68.3 million PLN – in the tender, conducted by the authorities of the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune, concerning the construction of the Social Activation and Integration Center next to the Primary School no. 6 on Sportowa Street. The other bidders in the tender were: the consortium of Moris Polska and Rosa-Bud (70 million PLN), Mirbud (73.4 million PLN) and Alstal (75.6 million PLN). The 3-story building with net area of 8,500 sqm and a cubature of 78,300 meters³, including a sports hall with an arena sized 20x40 m and seats for 3,000 spectators, a complex of multi-functional rooms and administration and technical facilities, is going to be built according to documentation prepared by the Paweł Tiepłow Pracownia Projektowa workshop. The order is to be carried out by April 15 2020. ■
