Structure Capital wants to build hotel in Poznań

Structure Capitals has presented the concept for developing a property located at 4 Zielona Street in Poznan (we informed about the purchase of the property in November of last year). According to preliminary assumptions, prepared on the basis of guidelines created by prof. Piotr Lorens, the outlet is going to offer 4- and 5-star hotel rooms, and the operator is going to be one of the foreign chains. The details of the project have not yet been revealed, but the conditions of development were obtained for the property in 2017 by the Trigony workshop. They assumed the possibility of locating a hotel with a total area of approx. 8,000 sqm on the 1,400-sqm lot. The building is going to house approx. 150 4-star rooms. ■
