Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Konstanty Strus has purchased a former bus depot property in the area of Chełmska, Czerniakowska and Bobrowiecka streets in Warsaw from the Spanish company Sando Inmobilaria. According to unofficial findings, the price for the undeveloped lot with an area of nearly 5.2 ha has been established at nearly 300 million PLN (in 2006, Sando paid approx. 371.5 million PLN for the property). During the transaction, the seller was advised by Colliers International.
A binding decision has already been issued for the property concerning the construction permit for the first stage of the investment, with 36,400 sqm of office space, 12,300 sqm of residential space and 8,700 sqm of retail-service space. The entire lot can eventually be used for the construction of buildings with a total area of approx. 100,000 sqm. Let us recall that the land development design for the property was prepared for Sando by JEMS Architekci. ■
