SUD Architekt is going to design multi-functional complex in Poznań for PBI RE and Revive

SUD Architekt Polska has been chosen by BPI Real Estate and Revive as the architect of a multi-functional complex, which will be built in the area of Matejki, Grunwaldzka and Ułańska streets in Poznań. Let us recall that last year in September, we reported that BPI RE had purchased approx. 5.5 ha of land from the Poznań International Fair (MTP) for 114.5 million PLN. The land is going to be used for the construction of a complex with residential-service-office functions; revitalization of historic buildings of the former military barracks is also planned. The preliminary guidelines concerned putting to use over 1,000 flats and 24,000 sqm of office-service space. The investment is going to be carried out in three stages and is scheduled to be finalized in 2029. ■
