Supernova Development is going to build Renaissance hotel

Supernova Development group (Portfel Inwestycyjny), in collaboration with Marriott International, is going to carry out the Renaissance hotel complex on the Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk. The enterprise, which we mentioned in October 2018, is going to entail the construction of a complex with 250 five-star rooms, based on the historic Wielki Groddeck and Mały Groddeck granaries. According to our findings, KD Kozikowski Design is responsible for the development of architectural design, while interior design will be prepared by Tremend. The investment on Chmielna Street should be finalized by the end of 2021. ■
