Sweco will act as contract engineer for music center

The offer submitted by Sweco Polska (6.9 million PLN) has been chosen, as the most advantageous one, in a tender procedure, issued by the National Frederic Chopin Institute (NIFC), concerning the role of contract engineer during the construction of the International Music Center in Żelazowa Wola (Mazowieckie Province). The planned complex with an area of approx. 9,000 sqm is going to include: a concert hall with approx. 650 seats, a stage for a 100-piece orchestra, and technical facilities, as well as music rehearsal rooms, educational rooms, chamber music room, conference room, and a recording studio, control rooms, wardrobes, and auxiliary premises: foyer, hallways, catering and restaurant facilities, office space, and an underground parking garage.
