CH Szembeka will reconstruct a shopping mall with gla 25,700 sqm in Warsaw

CH Szembeka shopping center is going to carry out the renovation of the shopping gallery operating at 80 Zamieniecka Street in Warsaw. The enterprise is going to consist of the thorough modernization of an outlet with a lease area off 25,700 sqm. Works are scheduled to be completed in 2019. Mallson Polska is dealing with commercialization.
Let us recall that in March 2013 we informed about CH Szembeka entrusting TB Probud with the contracting for the development of the complex by 15,000 sqm. The design was prepared by Studio R from Pruszków. ■
