Janusz Szymański will build 5 star hotel in Darłówko with 400 rooms

Janusz Szymański, owner of i.a. Hotel Lidia, has won a tender procedure concerning the purchase of property with an area of over 3.2 ha, located in the Darłówko Wschodnie district of Darłowo (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The planned enterprise, which we mentioned this year in June, is going to entail the construction of a hotel building with 400 five-star rooms, as well as conference facilities, water park and an underground parking garage. ■
