Szymbud wants to build TSL for 17 million PLN

Szymbud group, with the price of 17 million PLN gross (against the budget of 9.3 million PLN), was the only bidder in the tender procedure, issued by the Urbitor company, concerning the design and construction of Toruń Space Labs (TSL) on Łokietka Street in Toruń. Let us recall that the enterprise is going to entail construction of a 3-story laboratory-office building with usable area of 2,800 sqm and a parking lot for 60 cars. The works are going to take 18 months. The investment, based on an architectural concept prepared by Tomdoor, is going to be co-financed by the city and by the Toruńskie Laboratorium Biznesu company. ■
