Tarczyński will expand by 120,000 meters³ processing complex in Ujeździec Mały

In early December, Tarczyński Company initiated procedures connected with obtaining permits for the construction of a warehouse-production building in Ujeździec Mały (Dolnośląskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with a cubature of over 119,700 meters³. Design works have been carried out in collaboration with architect Piotr Zdybek from the 2pr Projekt workshop. The company is also currently obtaining permits for the construction of a refrigeration facility, boiler room and a water purifying station (total cubature of approx. 6,000 meters³).
Let us recall that in March of last year, we informed about Tarczyński's plans for the extension of the food processing plant in Ujeździec Wielki by over 56,000 meters³. Meanwhile, in July 2013, we informed about the company collaborating with PTB Nickel on the extension of the complex in Ujeździec Mały. The value of the investment has been estimated at over 48 million PLN. Construction works at the complex were also entrusted to other companies, including Hochtief. ■
