Cordia will soon begin, in cooperation with F.B.I. Tasbud, construction of service-residential building with 113 units in Sopot

Cordia has commenced pre-sale of units in the "Leśna Sonata" building, planned on 23 Marca Street in Sopot (Pomorskie Province). The 8-story building, designed by the local Wolski Architekci workshop, is going to have 108 flats and 5 shopping-service units. The construction works, the general contractor of which is going to be F.B.I. Tasbud, are to begin within the next few weeks. ■
