Tasbud wants 41 mln PLN for building MCB

Tasbud (41 mln PLN gross), Mal-Bud-1 (49.5 mln PLN) and Wielkopolskie Przedsiębiorstwo Inżynierii Przemysłowej (57.7 mln PLN) are participating in the tender procedure, organized by the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, for the construction of the MCB Multidisciplinary Research Center in Dziekanów Leśny near Warsaw, on Marii Konopnickiej Street. The enterprise, whose documentation was prepared by the Locum M.Paszyn workshop from Kalisz, is going to consist of the construction of a 3-story office building with a usable area of 3,100 sqm and a cubature of 13,800 meters³ and a research-laboratory outlet (2,200 sqm; 14,300 meters³). The investment is supposed to be completed within 18 months. ■
