TDJ Estate is choosing contractor of housing complex in Katowice

In the second quarter of this year, TDJ Estate is going to begin the sale of apartments in the „Bardowskiego 1" housing estate, in the area of Bardowskiego and Rataja streets in Katowice. According to the building permit that was issued several days ago, the enterprise is going to consist of the construction of four buildings, two with a height of 5 stories each and two with a height of eight stories each, with a total of 140 apartments and a joint underground garage with 145 parking spaces. The general contractor of the investment is being chosen now. As we informed, a property with an area of 0.7 ha has been designated for the complex. ■
