Bilfinger Tebodin is choosing with Peakside the contractor of Fashion Outlet Kraków with lease area of 16,000 sqm

Bilfinger Tebodin is conducting a procedure aimed at choosing the general contractor of the "Fashion Outlet Kraków" shopping center for Peakside ROS Outlet Management. The investment will entail thorough redevelopment of the current Galeria Plaza on Pokoju Avenue in Krakow. Most of the shopping gallery will be turned into a clothing outlet center with a lease area of 16,000 sqm, with approx. 100 stores. Documentation of the enterprise has been prepared by the AB-Projekt workshop from Tychy on the basis of the concept prepared by Kroh & Partner from Austria. Works are to be finalized in the 4th quarter of next year. ■
