Technico FM will build retail-service complex

Technico is serving as the contractor of a retail-service complex which NEW Nowa Epoka Handlu is building on an over 1-ha property located at 75 Chmielna Street in Warsaw. Let us recall that the enterprise is going to consist of the construction of the "Implant" outlet with a usable area of almost 5,400 sqm, including a retail-service section, a gastronomy section and an event-cultural section. The project of the investment was prepared by Jakub Szczęsny. According to court registers, NEH's shareholders have ties to, among others, Lumarmo, which manages a restaurant by the same name. ■
