Technobud is working for Skanska at construction of an office building in Wrocław with area of 22,000 sqm

Technobud is carrying out reinforced concrete, bricklaying and monolithic works on the construction of the "Nowy Targ" office center on Św. Katarzyny Street in Wrocław. Let us recall that the enterprise, whose investor and general contractor is Skanska, pertains to the construction of a building with an area of approx. 22,000 sqm. The works, based on a design prepared by the Maćków workshop, are scheduled to be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2019. In February 2016 we informed about Linarite Company (subsidiary of Skanska Property Poland) winning a municipal tender procedure concerning the purchase of property between Św. Wita and Św. Katarzyny streets. The company paid 18 million PLN for the lot with an area of approx. 2,800 sqm. ■
