Terg and Genesis Property are investing in Zabrze

Terg will partner with Genesis Property in the development of a shopping center in Zabrze on Rymera Street. As part of the project, which we reported on in July last year, the "Aura Park" complex will be built with a total area of approximately 13,000 m². The completion of construction is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026. It is worth recalling that as early as April 2021, we reported on EDS Retail Park Investment's plans to establish a shopping park in Zabrze, near the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa expressway. ■
