Termo-Klima will perform, for 11,4 million PLN, adaptation of a 3,000- sqm coal mine buildings to a sports center in Bytom

Skarpa Bytom Sports Club has entrusted the consortium of companies Termo-Klima MK, FUH Tęcza-Ii and A.S. Studio with a contract worth 11.4 million PLN gross concerning the "design and build" adaptation of buildings of the former Rozbark mine for the purposes of the Center for Climbing Sports, Strength Athletics and Social Services on Chorzowska Street in Bytom (Śląskie Province). The works, based on the functional and usability program prepared by Scale Project Pracownia Projektowa Szopa Jacek, will be carried out in a complex with a usable area of 3,000 sqm and a cubature of 20,000 meters3. The investment is to be finalized by the end of October of next year. ■
