Texom is planning to build swimming pool in Rzeszów

Texom has offered the lowest price (25.7 million PLN gross, against the budget of 24.8 million PLN) in the tender procedure, concerning the design and contractorship of a roofed swimming pool on Matuszczaka Street in Rzeszów. The other bidders in the procedure, conducted by the City Office, are: Baudziedzic (26.3 million PLN), AJ Profibud (29.4 million PLN), MTM Budownictwo (35.5 million PLN), Inżynieria Rzeszów (40.2 million PLN), and Karpat-Bud (43.4 million PLN). The building with the development area of 2,200 sqm is to be put to use within the period of 24 months. Architectural concept of the enterprise has been prepared by ARP – Autorska Pracownia Projektowa Manecki. ■
