The Navy Urba Seren, in collaboration with Gleeds, will build hotel complex with over 270 rooms in Świnoujście

The Navy Urba Seren is going to build "The Navy Hotel" complex with 273 rooms and spa and wellness facilities on Bogusławskiego Street in Świnoujście (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The hotel will operate as part of the Best Western chain. The design has been prepared by the Urba workshop, and the enterprise is going to be supervised by Gleeds. A construction permit for the complex, which is to have a cubature of nearly 65,000 meters3, was granted this year in February. Let us recall that we initially wrote about the plans for the investment, which was then called "Imperial Park", in September 2016. We reported that Urba Architects had prepared concepts of two hotels for UFS Holding: a four-star hotel with 190 rooms and a five-star hotel with 110 rooms. Meanwhile, in April 2011, we wrote about the plans of Korab, a subsidiary of Horyzont Group, concerning construction of a hotel with 277 rooms in collaboration with Dedeco. According to court registry, The Navy Urba Seren's shareholder is Urba Seren, associated with the Kraków based company Urba. ■
